Return Eligibility
- Products must be sealed and unopened to be eligible for a return.
- Opened or used products are not valid for return under any circumstances.
Return Process
Contact Us: Before returning any products, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our Customer Support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your product(s).
Packaging: Ensure that the product(s) are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Include your RAN inside the package.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return items back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are sealed and unopened. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any product that has been opened or used.
- Any product not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
