What if I can’t swallow the capsule?  Many people open the capsule and empty the contents into food. We suggest using a Probiotic applesauce.

Can I take probiotics with Shroom Plus Mushroom Nutraceuticals?  We recommend it.  Our mushroom nutraceuticals are full of Prebiotics to give Probiotics the nutrition that they need to flourish.

Where are your Mushrooms Grown?  All of our mushrooms are grown in the USA.  Our grow operations hold several certifications that meet Kosher, Halal, Vegan and Organic standards.

Why do you use only mycelium in some products and both the mycelium and the mushroom itself (Fruiting Body) in other products?  The Beta/Alpha glucans that are beneficial occur at particular growth stages.  We harvest what and when these beneficial polysaccharides are abundant within the mushrooms.   If you don’t harvest as we do, the mushrooms loose some to all of their Beta/Alpha glucan benefits.

I learned that I have cancer and my Doctor/Nurse told me to eat mushrooms.  Which mushrooms should I consume? Can I take more capsules than the recommended dose?  Yes, however more than 8 capsules daily will likely have no additional health benefits.  Many customers tell us that they take 6 to 8 capsules a day for the first month and then 2 capsules per day from that point on.  Please consult with your doctor.

How many capsules should I take if I am taking multiple mushroom nutraceuticals?  You can increase the recommended dose on the bottle however, exceeding 12 capsules combined, of multiple mushroom nutraceuticals will likely have no additional health benefit.  Please consult with your doctor.
